Ceramic chips had been around for almost 30 years when we entered the market. Up until then ceramic chips were only available with edge designs that were separated from the front and back design. This type of design is still considered standard (Normal) for ceramic chips. However, we can now offer ceramic chips with several types of edge designs - Normal, Aligned and Unaligned.

The best thing about chips with unaligned edges is that they look almost the same as their aligned counterparts but are much cheaper. You get practically the same design but save $0.30 per chip. Please note, however, that you can expect more color bleed on this type of edge design compared to Normal and Aligned ones.
