General Terms of Business
Below terms for sale and delivery apply to all orders here at MrChip Casino Supplies. These terms apply in all cases when no other written agreements have been made between you as a buyer and MrChip Casino Supplies.

Delivery Time and Shipping
All goods are shipped with the Swedish Postal Service or UPS. The delivery time is usually 7-10 days from the day we receive your payment but it can take longer.

Responsibility for goods
The responsibility for the goods are transferred to the buyer as the goods are handed over to the transporter.

Complaint
Any damaged goods or faulty deliveries must be reported to MrChip Casino Supplies within reasonable time. It is your responsibility as a buyer to report and point out the damages or what is faulty with your delivery. If you discover that anything is wrong please contact us as soon as possible. As a starting point you can only make complaints that show within one year from the date the products were delivered to you. We do not replace chips because of slightly off-centered printing, slight differences in color, weight and thickness, small scratches or small print errors such as blurriness or tiny ink drops - only damaged or completely faulty chips will be replaced. Also, we do not replace goods damaged during transportation - it is your responsibility to point out such damages to the carrier. Ask the delivery man to wait while you open your package so that he can certify the damages. You can then claim compensation from the carrier.

Prices and Payments
All payments should be made in advance unless agreed otherwise. Payment can be made with PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. For other payment options, please contact us at info@mrchip.eu

Non-Collected Shipments
If you do not collect your shipment, or if it can not be delivered due to faulty shipping information given to us, and it therefore is returned to us or destroyed locally, we will charge you with a fee of 25 EUR to cover our administration costs. Actual shipping costs for the returned goods will be added to the above fee. We do not bear the cost for destroyed goods. Please note that all orders are logged with IP-number and time of order submission. All false orders are reported to the police.

Right to regret purchase
At MrChip Casino Supplies you have two weeks in which you are entitled to return a purchase from the day you received the products. If you would like to return a purchase you must notify us within 14 days from the day you received the products. It is your responsibility that the products are returned in the same condition and quantity as you received them. You are also obligated to pay for the shipping cost in relation to the return of the products. You are not entitled to return a purchase if the original packing have been opened, damaged or if components are missing or have been used. Neither are you entitled to return products that have been especially customized or ordered for you. The right to regret a purchase will not be accepted until MrChip Casino Supplies have received and inspected the returned goods.

Ownership rights to Artwork
Unless specifically arranged otherwise, the ownership rights to artwork that we create for your order will remain ours. All artwork is stored securely and we guarantee that it will never be shared with, sold to or in any way altered or used for anyone but you without your written permission. We do not, under any circumstances, share our artwork with anyone unless a transfer of ownership rights have been arranged and paid for. 

VAT and Import Costs
Any costs associated with the import of goods, such as VAT, customs fees and service fees, are paid by the buyer to the carrier.  

Reservations
Information on MrChip's website, in print, by e-mail etc. is valid with the reservation for faulty print, miswriting, unforeseen price changes, changes of taxes or fees and other circumstances of which MrChip Casino Supplies can not be held responsible for.

Free Shipping Limitation
We offer Free International Shipping to most destinations including Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Scandinavia, United Kingdom, USA, Switzerland etc. However, our offer does not include some of the more expensive destinations such as Africa, East Europe, Greece, Iceland, Middle East, Portugal, Russia, South America and Turkey. If you are unsure whether your country is included in our free shipping offer, please contact us for a price quote before submitting your order. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping, alternatively decline and refund orders from such locations, even after an order has already been submitted. Our free shipping offer does not cover import costs or VAT.
