Feel and Quality
[Q] What is the feel and quality of your chips compared to ChipCo chips and similar?
[A] Our chips are as durable and wear resistant as ChipCo chips. The weight, look, feel and sound is practically identical.

Design
[Q] Some ceramic chips have a white ring near the edge. Is it required?
[A] The white unprinted line near the rolling edge can be a excellent way to eliminate color bleed over the edges. On some designs there is no reason to use this unprinted area. Another way to eliminate color bleed is to align the edgespots so that they matches the face design perfectly. Contact us and we will advise how to eliminate color bleed on your design.

VAT (Value Added Tax)
[Q] Do I need to pay you VAT?
[A] No, we do not charge VAT. However, you might have to pay VAT, a customs fee and administrational costs to the carrier when receiving the goods. If you want our help to calculate the estimated import cost, please contact us at info@mrchip.eu  

Age limit
[Q] Do I need to be 18 years old to order from you?
[A] Yes, you need to be 18 years old or we will not be able to process your order.

Security of online payments
[Q] Is it secure to use my credit card number on the Internet?
[A] When you order from us you can feel safe and secure. We do not save any card numbers in our system. All card numbers are sent directly to the payment processing service. All numbers are sent through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secured server. SSL is the premier cipher code technology of today and is used for online transactions throughout the world.

How we handle your personal information
[Q] How is my personal information handled?
[A] During the time that you are an active customer, and for some time there after, we save the information that you submitted with your orders. The information is mostly used statistically when we analyze our business activity and try to improve our website. Your personal information is handled according to Swedish law and regulations. All information is handled confidential and only one person at MrChip Casino Supplies have access to this information. Vi guarantee that your information is not used outside our business activity.

[Q] What are the terms of order and delivery?
[A] To order at MrChip you need to be at least 18 years of age. For more information, please see our Terms of Business

How to order

[Q] How do I order?
[A] First you need to visit our Online Store. Find the product you would like to purchase and click on the "Add to cart" button next to the product headline to add the product to your virtual Shopping Cart. The shopping cart will be opened in a new browser window. In the shopping cart, change the number "1" to whatever quantity you are looking to purchase and click on "Update Cart". You can go back to the store by clicking it's browser page/tab and add more products. You can have a look in your shopping cart at any time by clicking it's browser page/tab or clicking the "View Cart" button at the top of our store. When you are done adding products click on the button "Proceed to Checkout" in your cart and fill in your name and address etc. At checkout you can add order/delivery instructions in the text field called "Message to Seller". If you forget you can also send us such information in a separate e-mail. We will contact you if anything is unclear with your order. Select how you would like to pay, submit and the order is finished. After submitting your order an order confirmation will show on the screen and a receipt will automatically be sent to you by e-mail.

[Q] Can I order by fax machine, letter or telephone?
[A] At the moment we can only accept orders via our website. We hope that you will overlook this. If you would like to order custom chips or would like to pay via International Bank Transfer, please contact us first. We will get back to you with the information needed to make your payment.

Supplementary order
[Q] Can I complement an existing order?
[A] Unfortunately, an order can not be complemented. If you need more products, please submit a new separate order.

Payment method
[Q] What methods of payment do you offer?
[A] We offer payment by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. If you would like to pay via Bank Transfer, please contact us first. You can read more about the available payment methods HERE. For other payment options, please contact us at info@mrchip.eu

Method of shipping and shipping cost
[Q] What methods of shipping do you offer and what will it cost?
[A] We use the Swedish Postal Service as our service supplier for shipment of products in stock. Large sample sets are shipped in padded envelopes and small sample sets in regular envelopes. All other products are delivered directly from the factory with UPS.

[Q] Do you charge any handling fee?
[A] No, we offer FREE International Shipping on all orders.

Prices

[Q] How can I convert your prices to my own currency?
[A] You can use the currency conversion service at www.xe.com. Please note that the result may differ a bit from the amount we charge as the exchange rates are updated frequently and can differ between one currency exchange service to another. All prices on our site are stated in EURO and includes shipping.

Delivery time
[Q] What is the delivery time?
[A] The delivery time will vary but is usually 7-10 days from the time we receive your payment. Large or complicated orders can take longer. If we need to create custom artwork for you or if you have paid the order via bank transfer that can also prolong the delivery time. Sold out products
[Q] What happens if the products I've ordered are no longer available?
[A] If any of the products you've ordered are no longer available for delivery we will contact you. You will then get the opportunity to cancel or change your order or possibly wait until the products are back in stock. If you decide to wait for them we might hold parts of your order until they are back in stock.

Delivery
[Q] How will my products be delivered?
[S] All orders are delivered to your door with UPS, except for sample sets which will be sent as regular mail and delivered to your mailbox. In exceptional cases, your order will be sent as Parcel Post and needs to be collected at your local post office.

Minimum Quantity
[Q] I want to buy some custom chips. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
[A] The minimum quantity is 200 chips total. If possible, please order at least 25 chips of each unique design. To maintain a fair production time/cost, we normally demand a certain maximum amount of unique designs depending on your order quantity. For more information please contact us at info@mrchip.eu

Faulty Delivery
[Q] What do I do if I receive a faulty delivery?
[A] Contact us by e-mail or telephone. We might ask you to return the faulty products. We will then send you the correct products and compensate you for your expenses in relation to the return of the faulty goods.

[Q] What do I do if the products I've ordered are never delivered?
[A] You should typically receive your order within 1-2 weeks. If you haven't received your products within 2 weeks from the time of your order, please contact us.

[Q] What do I do if the products I ordered are damaged during transit?
[A] Please contact us immediately. We will most likely replace the products assuming you return the damaged ones. We will compensate you for your expenses in relation to the return of the damaged goods. Please don't forget to save the invoice and receipt.

Faulty order
[Q] What do I do if I've ordered the wrong products and already have confirmed and paid the order?
[A] If you confirm and pay for an order that contain wrong products or quantities, please contact us immediately. If you contact us directly there's time to change your order before delivering the wrong products to you or order the wrong ones in our turn.

To make a complaint
[Q] What happen if I don't notice that there's something wrong with what I've order until a year or so have passed?
[A] According to Swedish law you have three years to make a complaint about an original fault on a product. This fault can be a manufacturing fault of something else that was wrong with the product before you received it. When the product guarantee time have passed it is your responsibility as a customer to prove that the fault was there from the beginning.
